Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We respect your privacy and take all necessary precautions to ensure your data is safe.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit will be credited towards your treatment cost. Should you need to reschedule:

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment time is allowed without any additional fees.

  • If rescheduling occurs within 24 hours, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% charge.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations. Credit remains on the account for future services or purchases.

Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle. The required deposit must be paid at the time of booking, with the balance due on the day of your appointment.

Health and Safety Protocols
Your health and well-being are our priority. If you are feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending your appointment. We encourage you to contact us to reschedule for a time when you are feeling better.

  • We require parental consent for all services provided to minors, and a guardian must be present during the session.

  • For pets, similar policies apply, ensuring that they are comfortable and safe throughout the treatment.
